About this role
Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Sales Representatives for an inbound phone-based role assisting customers with vacation packages, travel reservations, and bookings. This position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and commission opportunities with no prior travel experience required.
What you will do
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding travel and vacation packages
- Discuss available vacation packages and travel options with customers
- Help customers compare packages, dates, and pricing
- Recommend options based on customer needs
- Assist customers with reservations and bookings
- Explain promotions, upgrades, and available services
- Identify opportunities to sell or upgrade vacation packages
- Complete bookings and enter information accurately
- Update existing reservations and customer accounts
- Answer general customer questions
What you need
- At least 18 years old
- Comfortable selling and recommending products or services
- Friendly and confident phone presence
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable using computers
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented
