Travel Reservations Representative Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour Job Type: Contract Work Location: In person About the Position Sparta Networking is hiring Travel Reservations Representatives for an on-site customer support team. In this role, you'll speak with customers by phone and help them with travel arrangements, reservation questions, schedule changes, and account information. You'll guide customers through their available options and make sure information is entered correctly into the system. Previous travel industry experience is not required . Paid training is provided. Available Schedules Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–10:00 PM Saturday–Tuesday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM What You'll Do Handle incoming customer calls Help customers make or update travel reservations Review available dates, times, and booking options Assist with changes to existing reservations Update customer and account information Document conversations and booking details accurately Explain available services and options Answer routine customer questions Escalate issues that require additional assistance Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction What We're Looking For You may be a good fit if you: Enjoy talking with and helping customers Are comfortable spending a significant part of your day on the phone Communicate clearly and professionally Are reliable and arrive to work on time Have basic computer and data-entry skills Pay attention to detai ...
