About this role

Reservation Support Specialist $17.00–$19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Paid Training Sparta Networking is looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals to join an on-site team as Reservation Support Specialists . You'll work directly with customers by phone, helping them navigate reservation options, make changes to existing bookings, update account details, and get answers to common travel-related questions. You do not need previous travel industry experience. If you're comfortable working with customers and learning new systems, training will be provided. Work Schedules Multiple schedules are available: Day Shift Monday through Friday 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Evening Shift Monday through Friday 3:00 PM–10:00 PM Weekend Schedule Saturday through Tuesday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM A Typical Day May Include Speaking with customers about current or upcoming reservations Checking available booking and scheduling options Processing reservation changes and customer requests Reviewing information with customers before confirming updates Maintaining accurate customer records Entering notes and information into company systems Explaining available services and next steps Resolving routine questions during the call Connecting customers with another team when additional assistance is needed Who Could Be a Good Fit?
