Booking Agent

About this role

Sparta Networking is seeking Booking Agents to assist customers with travel reservations, scheduling requests, account updates, and general booking questions via inbound phone calls. This customer-facing position requires someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and works well in a structured team environment. Training is provided, and no previous experience is required.

What you will do

• Receive inbound calls from customers
• Assist with booking and reservation requests
• Review scheduling options and availability
• Make updates to customer accounts
• Enter accurate information into the system
• Answer general questions about services and bookings
• Help customers understand available options
• Route more complex requests to the appropriate team member

What you need

• Friendly and comfortable communicating by phone
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working with computers
• Able to enter information accurately
• Organized and attentive to details
• Willing to learn new systems and processes
• At least 18 years of age

Nice to have

• Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, retail, office support, sales, or call center environments
