About this role
Phone-based Sales Representative position in the travel and hospitality industry. You'll speak with interested customers, explain travel offers, answer questions, and help complete reservations. Paid training provided with no prior travel experience required.
What you will do
- Answer inbound calls from customers interested in travel offers
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Explain available packages, promotions, and reservation options
- Recommend offers that fit the customer's interests
- Respond to questions and address concerns professionally
- Ask for the sale and guide customers through the booking process
- Enter customer information and call notes into the system
- Follow established sales procedures and compliance requirements
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Follow up with interested customers when needed
What you need
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and making sales by phone
- Motivated by goals, incentives, and commission opportunities
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication style
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to learn new systems and follow a structured sales process
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Open to coaching and performance feedback
- Must be at least 18 years old
