Join a leader in the vacation industry as a Customer Sales Representative. Handle inbound customer calls, explain services, and guide customers through booking options while earning a guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission.
What you will do
- Handle calls from interested customers
- Build rapport and learn what each customer is looking for
- Explain available services, offers, and scheduling options
- Answer questions and address concerns professionally
- Recommend options based on the customer's needs
- Guide customers through the next steps
- Accurately enter customer information and call notes
- Follow established sales and customer service procedures
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout each shift
What you need
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years old
Nice to have
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, reservations, or a call center
