About this role

Sparta Networking is seeking experienced Dental Assistants for flexible assignments with busy dental practices in Perry Hall, Maryland. Opportunities include per diem shifts, short-term coverage, and ongoing assignments for dependable professionals who can quickly integrate into clinical teams.

What you will do

  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments
  • Assist dentists chairside during procedures
  • Take and process dental X-rays
  • Clean and sterilize instruments and operatories
  • Assist with impressions and general clinical duties
  • Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day

What you need

  • At least 6 months of Dental Assistant experience
  • Active Maryland Dental Radiation Technologist certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • Dependable and comfortable working in a busy dental office
