About this role

Sparta Networking is hiring Dental Assistants to support busy dental offices in Baltimore, MD. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and steady dental work in a fast-paced clinical setting with per diem, short-term, and ongoing assignments.

What you will do

  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
  • Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
  • Take and process dental X-rays (if certified)
  • Maintain sterilization and operatory cleanliness
  • Assist with impressions and general clinical support
  • Support smooth patient flow and positive patient care

What you need

  • 6 months of Dental Assistant experience
  • Active BLS/CPR certification
