About this role

Sparta Networking is hiring a Surgical/Orthopedic Staff RN for night shift at a regional medical center in Pikeville, KY. Provide hands-on nursing care to surgical and orthopedic patients on a 12-hour night shift schedule with long-term contract potential.

What you will do

  • Provide direct nursing care to surgical and orthopedic patients
  • Complete head-to-toe assessments and reassessments
  • Give pre- and post-operative care and pain management
  • Manage IV therapy, drains, and specialized equipment
  • Document care accurately and keep patients informed

What you need

  • Active Kentucky RN license (or compact)
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • 1 year of RN experience
