About this role

Sparta Networking is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for full-time outpatient rehab at a medical center in Pikeville, KY. You will evaluate and treat patients across all ages to help them regain speech, language, and swallowing function on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

What you will do

  • Evaluate and treat patients from pediatric through geriatric
  • Set goals and build individualized treatment plans
  • Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on home programs
  • Collaborate with the care team across disciplines

What you need

  • Active Kentucky Speech-Language Pathology license
  • BLS
