Sparta Networking is hiring an experienced Asphalt Plant Foreman to lead daily plant operations and manage crew performance in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, efficiency, and keeping projects on schedule.

What you will do

• Oversee daily plant operations, including crew, equipment, and production
• Lead and direct team members to meet project timelines
• Monitor plant performance, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and material needs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
• Complete daily reports and track crew hours

What you need

• Experience in asphalt plant operations or heavy industrial environments
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of plant processes and safety standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
