Dental Assistant

Sparta Networking is seeking reliable Dental Assistants to support a leading dental clinic in Appleton, WI. Assignments may be short-term, long-term, or per diem depending on operational needs. We are looking for motivated professionals who can work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to positive patient experiences.

What you will do

• Prepare operatories and patients for dental procedures
• Provide chairside assistance, including instrument transfer, suctioning, and material preparation
• Take and process dental radiographs when certified
• Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness
• Assist with impressions and other general clinical support tasks
• Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions and post-treatment guidance
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Support the dental team to maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day

What you need

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant
• Active BLS/CPR certification
