About this role

Supervise structural fabrication teams in shipbuilding operations, overseeing hull assembly, production schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance at a Pascagoula shipyard.

What you will do

  • Supervise shipfitting crews and assign daily tasks
  • Monitor production schedules and milestones
  • Provide technical guidance on ship structural assembly
  • Ensure structural alignment and fabrication accuracy
  • Maintain shipyard safety compliance
  • Coordinate with welding teams and engineering staff

What you need

  • 3 years shipbuilding or heavy fabrication experience
  • Strong blueprint interpretation skills

  • Previous supervisory experience
