About this role
Qualified A&P Mechanic needed for 3-year line maintenance contract position working on Airbus aircraft in Harlingen, TX. Overnight shift with housing provided and focus on routine and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
What you will do
- Perform routine and unscheduled line maintenance on Airbus aircraft
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair airframe, engines, and other aircraft systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and FAA regulations
- Complete all required documentation for work performed, including maintenance records and reports
- Work with the team to perform pre- and post-flight inspections as needed
- Ensure that tools, equipment, and parts are properly maintained and available
What you need
- Valid A&P License
- Minimum of 1 year experience in line maintenance
- Extensive experience working on Airbus aircraft
- Must be able to provide own tools
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
