Dental Assistant

About this role

Sparta Networking is seeking experienced Dental Assistants to support a leading dental clinic in Oshkosh, WI. This role offers flexible scheduling with short-term, long-term, or per diem assignments in a professional, patient-focused clinical environment.

What you will do

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
• Provide chairside assistance, including instrument transfer and material preparation
• Take and process dental radiographs (if certified)
• Maintain sterilization and operatory turnover in compliance with safety standards
• Assist with impressions and general clinical support
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Support the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow

What you need

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant
• Active BLS/CPR certification
