Entry-Level A&P Mechanic / Technician

About this role

Entry-level position for FAA-certified A&P Mechanics and Technicians at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Candidates will perform scheduled maintenance, component work, and troubleshooting under senior technician supervision in a commercial airline or MRO environment. Full-time and contract opportunities available.

What you will do

• Assist in performing scheduled inspections and routine maintenance
• Support component removal and installation
• Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision
• Service aircraft systems and complete task cards
• Follow FAA regulations and company maintenance procedures
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Complete required documentation accurately

What you need

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
• 0–2 years commercial aircraft experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice to have

• Recent A&P school graduate
• Internship or entry-level airline/MRO experience
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
