A&P Technician, Boeing 737 MAX

About this role

Sparta Networking is hiring experienced FAA-certified A&P Technicians with Boeing 737 MAX experience to perform line and operational maintenance at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. This full-time and contract role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a safety-first mindset in a fast-paced airline environment.

What you will do

• Perform line maintenance and scheduled inspections on Boeing 737 MAX aircraft
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical discrepancies
• Remove and install aircraft components and systems
• Conduct operational and functional checks
• Support gate calls and AOG events as required
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Complete accurate maintenance documentation

What you need

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
• Proven experience on Boeing 737 MAX aircraft
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass background check and drug screening
