Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Sparta Networking is recruiting an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor for a leading commercial airline in Denver, Colorado. This leadership role involves supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring FAA regulatory compliance, and supporting aircraft return-to-service operations in a fast-paced airline environment.

What you will do

• Supervise A&P Mechanics and maintenance personnel
• Assign and monitor daily maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Review and approve maintenance documentation
• Support return-to-service decisions
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control and Operations
• Promote safety, quality, and on-time performance

What you need

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
• Minimum 5 years commercial aircraft maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airline maintenance programs
• Experience in line or heavy maintenance environments
