A&P Mechanic

About this role

Sparta Networking is hiring experienced FAA-certified A&P Mechanics to support regional aircraft fleet maintenance operations in Oklahoma City. This full-time or contract position involves scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and system repairs in a fast-paced airline hangar and ramp environment.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled inspections and routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft mechanical systems
• Remove and install aircraft components
• Conduct operational and functional checks
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Complete accurate logbook and maintenance documentation
• Support overnight and line maintenance operations as needed

What you need

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice to have

• Minimum 1 year commercial aircraft experience
• Regional aircraft experience (CRJ, ERJ, or similar)
