About this role

Sparta Networking is hiring experienced FAA-certified A&P Mechanics for travel-based contract assignments supporting heavy maintenance, line maintenance, aircraft modifications, and AOG recovery across airline and MRO facilities nationwide.

What you will do

  • Perform scheduled heavy maintenance and line maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and correct aircraft discrepancies
  • Remove and install aircraft components
  • Support modification and conversion programs
  • Conduct operational and functional checks
  • Travel to assigned project locations as required
  • Complete FAA-compliant documentation

What you need

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
  • Minimum 2 years commercial aircraft experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide
  • Must provide standard A&P tools
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice to have

  • Heavy maintenance or line maintenance experience
