Sparta Networking is recruiting experienced FAA-certified A&P Mechanics for a leading corporate aviation maintenance organization in Dallas, Texas. This role involves scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance on corporate and business jet aircraft in a detail-oriented, customer-focused environment. Full-time and contract opportunities are available.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance on corporate aircraft
• Troubleshoot mechanical and aircraft system discrepancies
• Remove and install aircraft components
• Conduct operational and functional checks
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and manufacturer standards
• Complete accurate and detailed maintenance documentation
• Maintain high-quality workmanship standards

What you need

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice to have

• Minimum 2 years business or corporate aviation experience
• Experience on Gulfstream, Bombardier, Challenger, Citation, or similar aircraft
