A&P Mechanic

About this role

Sparta Networking seeks experienced FAA-certified A&P Mechanics for line maintenance operations at a major airline hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role focuses on aircraft inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and AOG response in a fast-paced environment. Full-time and contract opportunities are available.

What you will do

• Perform line maintenance inspections and routine servicing
• Troubleshoot and correct aircraft discrepancies
• Remove and install aircraft components
• Respond to gate calls and AOG situations
• Conduct operational and functional checks
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Complete accurate logbook and maintenance documentation

What you need

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice to have

• Minimum 1–2 years commercial aircraft experience
• Previous line maintenance experience
• Experience on Boeing or Airbus aircraft
