A leader in the Aerospace industry is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Controller in Charlotte, NC to manage maintenance operations, documentation, and ensure FAA compliance for their fleet.
What you will do
- Log all open discrepancies of on-line aircraft
- Process parts requests and assist with aircraft troubleshooting
- Receive and review paperwork from line stations and ensure timely corrections
- Update the system with accurate aircraft status information
- Issue and track DMI items, MCO items, and NEF items
- Issue Special Flight Authorization Forms
- Coordinate parts and personnel movement
- Ensure mechanical delays are handled safely and efficiently
- Verify work completion and aircraft airworthiness per company and FAA standards
- Investigate write-ups and schedule maintenance for timely completion
What you need
- Must hold a current A&P License
- Responsible for maintenance performed by Class III ACMP, including providing all maintenance documentation and applicable maintenance references
